Phenomenon: Phenomenon encounters are up to the GM, but normally not hostile to the party. Book 3, page 18.
Special: Special encounters are up to the GM, but should be campaign related. Book 3, Page 16.
Mono: Fixation groups can be fun. They are normally not dangerous.
Ghouls: Highly dangerous canabals.
Contamination: Should be campaign based. Book 3, Page 18.
Event: An event that happens, these may be postive or negative. Might not direct effect the party. Should be campaign based. Book 3, Page 18 for more details.
