Flame Burn Rates on People

When fire is used as a weapon, such as a thrown device, here are the effects.

Fire	Effect Dice	Effect	Burn Time
Alcohol	2	1D6	3D3 Turns
Napalm	4	2D6	3D3 Turns
Molotov	3	1D10	2D3 Turns
White Phosphorus	3	1D10	2D6

The fire will burn at it its effect die until it goes out.
A character may reduce the fire's effect die by one each action to put it out.
Some actions, such as diving in water, may put it out quicker.

Flame Effects on Armor

Fire does not effect the target until its total damage exceeds the armor value of the location on fire.
On non-metal armor, the armor will be destroyed once the damage done doubles the armor value.
Metal armor will not be destroyed, but will act the same way as non-metail armor.
