Morality and Loyalty are the players' perception of how Moral a character is. How willing are they to do immoral acts, such as lying, thieving, and murder?
Loyalty is a measure of how loyal characters are to their personal oaths. At 1, an NPC will change sides as the favorable winds blow. A 10 would be unwilling to change sides even if they discover they are working for Hitler.
An immoral NPC might be totally loyal, a disloyal NPC might be completely moral, but does not see changing sides as a morality issue.
Please consider metagaming when using this information. It would be best to question an NPC about their morality before trying to exploit immorality.
Skills in pulldown are all skills in community of NPCs.
Please don't shoot NPCs in the back of the head unless you check their status. Friendly NPCs are likely there for a specific purpose.
